Znawa products are a Print on demand product provider. Meaning a customer can buys products in an our shop and the order goes directly to the Print Provider to get specially made for them. After that our print providers send the finished products to our customer.

So, we can only accept returned items that are damaged within 14 days after you've received your order. We will work hard to remake your order in the right quality. If that doesn't suit you, you are eligible for store credit or a refund, please allow 14 days to process your refund. If a customer orders the wrong product, size, or color they are not eligible for return as the order was made specifically for them. If you feel that you would like to cancel your order, there is a 24 hour window after you've made your order to cancel it, please allow 14 days to process your refund.
